Hey, I'm Meg, welcome to my little corner of the cybersphere!
I'm a Fraser Valley wedding & lifestyle photographer (est. 2014) based in Langley, just west of Vancouver BC.
Take a look around & I'd love to connect with you soon!

Misty & Cole – I’ve been (not so) patiently waiting for their special day since Misty contacted me last spring & told me over coffee all about their plans for their summer wedding at Manning Park Resort.
After their inevitable meeting years ago at friend’s party, these two have been inseparable almost ever since.
We met last fall for their engagement pictures at Deer Lake Park in Burnaby (you can check out their dreamy golden hour session by clicking HERE) and if I wasn’t already excited enough for their wedding, seeing the way these two interact together sealed the deal!
Fast forward to June this year.. On the way to the wedding from Chilliwack, it was becoming apparent that the rainclouds would dictate the day and it was so unexpectedly worth it. Between the rain, the breaks of sunshine, & the snow (yes – I said snow!), it could not have captured more perfectly the unique strong emotional connection that Misty + Cole have formed. Driving towards the summit of the mountain for Couple’s Portraits (my favourite!!!) the snow began to fall, cleansing that which once was there to prepare for the new life that these two would commit to together on this day.
This beautiful couple can weather anything that life throws at them & their wedding day was proof of their connection! Through rain, mountain winds, & snow, they never complained and never stopped looking towards each other. No matter the storm brewing outside, these two soaked in each & every moment and I have no doubt that together they can handle anything life throws at them.
Congratulations Misty + Cole – thank you for having me be a part of your day!
(You know the day is off to a good start when this little guy welcomes you to Manning Park!)

Teri + Mick’s love story is one for the record books. They met each other in high school where they were both busy discovering themselves – who they wanted to be & where they wanted to go, to find their way to each other, and so they went their separate ways in life. 25 years later, fate intervened and reintroduced these two into each other’s lives. It’s been almost 5 years since they refound each other and formed a love & life together. I am so excited to capture their wedding this weekend with Harrison Lake as the backdrop for this beautiful couple.
I hope everyone’s having a great weekend outside enjoying the beautiful warmth and sunshine we’ve been having! Up on the blog this evening is Courtney! Courtney may look familiar to you as this is not her first time on my blog (check out her maternity session or most recent family session here!).
She contacted me a few weeks back to inquire about a Mini Session for herself.. she had a surprise she’d been keeping to those close to her… For the last few months, she has been diligently preparing to compete in this year’s Leigh Brandt Muscle Classic (her first year working towards this goal!) and she absolutely killed it!
It’s hard to believe that Courtney has had THREE kids – she has worked so hard and it has payed off – she looks incredible! (I have to say, this has served as much needed inspiration for myself to get back into being fit..)
Check out my favourites from her Mini Portrait session below and don’t forget to head over to my Facebook page and Like it to see more like this AND to be kept in the loop for giveaways, contests, & more!
There’s something really special about getting to photograph friends. When a person is no longer a stranger to you, you see even more of their true beauty and personality shine through and when I get one of my friends in front of the camera, it gives me the opportunity to share what I value about them with the world. Stephanie represents every good quality in a friend that you would want. Her kindness, her smile, her laughter and her generosity are just a few of the things that make up her beauty. We met last year working together at Mertin Auto Group where I was doing some part time administrative work and anytime I was working I knew I could always count on this girl to brighten my day. So when Stephanie messaged me a few weeks back about doing a fun portrait session with her, I didn’t hesitate to say yes. This girl is a gem and it was so fun getting to photograph her! Poor Stephanie – by the time we realized the water over there was up past her ankles it was too late to save the boots! Thank goodness my friends are as crazy as I am and do what I say 😉 Every single day, I look out my window and stare down the hill at this beautiful field. Weekly, I drive past it and probably almost drive off the road staring at it – daydreaming different photo ideas. Thanks Steph for being willing to [probably] trespass with me to get these shots.. I’d say it was worth the risk!
