Hey, I'm Meg, welcome to my little corner of the cybersphere!
I'm a Fraser Valley wedding & lifestyle photographer (est. 2014) based in Langley, just west of Vancouver BC.
Take a look around & I'd love to connect with you soon!

And let me tell you about Tracy and Wes! First off, these two are just so sweet together. You see, when Tracy got in touch with me last year, I was immediately eager to hear more about these two and their love story. Right from the start, you can feel their kindness and how down-to-earth they are upon your first meeting with them. Naturally, these two are the perfect balance together and honestly, I loved watching them interact both during our meeting & their first session with me! So when they detailed what their plans were for their Fall 2019 Wedding, I was even more excited to continue getting to know the family these two were creating for their future!
Speaking of their future, I absolutely loved hearing about their plans – you know, family, wedding, dreams of a home, and all the joy that’s to come. As it turns out, they were expecting a little one during our session (which is why, of course, we snuck in a mini-maternity time), and get this – they’ve since welcomed a sweet baby girl that I CANNOT wait to meet during their upcoming wedding here in Langley.
Their engagement & maternity session was back at one of my favourite go-to’s – Golden Ears Park. Spirea Trail was an obvious choice for these two – the way the light filters through the trees is simply ethereal, there really is no other way to describe it. It feels magical to walk through there some days and the day of our shoot was no different.

I couldn’t love these two more! When N contacted me a few months back to be part of their Science World proposal, I couldn’t have been more excited. We quickly arranged a secret coffee meeting with S unaware and plotted out the perfect Sunday date outing for them. They started their afternoon with lunch & drinks nearby at Tap & Barrel in Olympic Village before taking a wander down the boardwalk towards Science World. It was there, at a little secluded area of the path, that we had carefully planned they would stop for a moment…
They had the most beautiful engagement. As soon as I met S after the proposal, you could just feel how beautiful of a person inside and out she was. She radiated warmth kindness and of course a little shock and surprise at the moment! I am so, so thrilled for these two as they plan their wedding celebration for next year. They are some of the sweetest people around and I loved not only being able to capture this for them but getting to know them as individuals as well. I wish you two all the best in the years to come!
Just like this sweet Science World proposal was planned without S knowing, you should know if you’re looking for a surprise moment, I’m your gal!

Paul & Alana are so cute together. From the start, I was so excited for their Redwoods Golf Course Wedding. They both have sweet & very kind personalities mixed with their love of all things “nerd” like Marvel movies & comics – which I for one think makes them perfect – both as clients, people and for each other! I fell in love with these two right from our first consult. Their love for Marvel extended into them hiding some Easter Eggs for their guests to find on their wedding day – I’ve included some of their Marvel/movie-style Easter Eggs here in the blog – see if you can find them all!
Their day couldn’t have been more beautiful. Held at the always stunning Redwoods Golf, the sun was casting a warm golden glow on their day and everything went off without a hitch!
The most amusing part of the day (aside from the groomsmens’ antics) was probably the moment a cell phone rang right in the middle of vows during the ceremony. Funny enough, we would come to find that cell phone ring was coming from the GROOM’S POCKET – oh Paul haha! Both him and Alana took it like champs but I’m sure he’ll still be reminded in jest about that one by all who attended for a few years to come. 😉
Also can we please talk about the most COMEDIC bridesmaid moment during sunset portraits?! Let’s just say our romantic golden hour session got crashed & photobombed haha! It was too funny.
But for all the moments of amusement and laughs, there were equal touching moments that made both me & my second shooter Hannah tear up at. It’s beyond evident. These two were made for each other. I’m so happy for them that they found each other and can continue forward in building their family & life together. I wish you & your family all the best.
Here’s just a small sampling of highlights from their Gallery of their Redwoods Golf Course Wedding…

I love these two, their energy and their images from their January Black Spit Sunset Engagement session! Jessica is one of those people who is just so sweet as soon as you meet her; it’s no wonder Steve fell for her! As soon as we met for coffee and I heard these two tell me more about themselves, their life together & their plans for their wedding day, I could tell they made such a great couple. They bounced ideas, memories & laughs perfectly off of each other – eyes sparkling, hands held fast; their joy for each other and their upcoming wedding danced across the table to me.
Their sunset e-session at Blackie Spit was SO much fun. I haven’t laughed that much in a long time. These guys were up for *ANYTHING and caught me by surprise by their fearless boldness – I loved it! I’m so excited for their beautiful upcoming summer wedding.
