Hey, I'm Meg, welcome to my little corner of the cybersphere!
I'm a Fraser Valley wedding & lifestyle photographer (est. 2014) based in Langley, just west of Vancouver BC.
Take a look around & I'd love to connect with you soon!

A few weeks ago, I took a bit of a break from the craziness of wedding season to meet with the Gordon family on their property in Langley. As everyone was together, hard at work haying in the field, it was the perfect time to capture the essence of this beautiful family and their story. Lifestyle sessions like this are my favourite as they aren’t as much about posing/smiling for the camera as they are about documenting you in your daily life and creating lasting memories from those moments. From the first second I met them, the Gordon family welcomed me in with open arms. From introducing me to everyone there helping out, to their kind words, all the way up to inviting me to their family dinner table for a meal after our time together. They are warm, welcoming and full of joy being able to work together as one big family. I loved capturing these memories for them. Thanks for having me you guys!

Back in July, I spent my Canada Day long weekend celebrating Laurie & Jeff’s 30th anniversary party on the edge of Shuswap Lake. I had been invited to capture memories of this weekend for them as they had brought their family together, children & grandchildren, to celebrate 30 years together in addition to the long weekend. Little did they know that their children had a surprise in store for them as well. As Canada Day began on the Saturday, the festivities and activities of the day picked up and this loving couple were told not only were they here to celebrate with them, but they had an entire vow renewal planned lakeside to commemorate this for moment for them. There were lots of laughs, a few tears (happy ones I promise), and endless memories made amongst this awesome family. I couldn’t think of a better way to spend my long weekend and these guys welcomed me in with open arms. Thanks so much for having me everyone! 🙂

I met these two at the start of September last year. It was the labour day long weekend and they were getting married at the beautiful Harper’s Trail Winery in Kamloops where Brieanne works. I was the second photographer at their wedding alongside Hannah Cummins Photography and we had such an amazing time celebrating with these two & their family, and helping to capture some amazing moments for them. Now, just under a year later, baby #1 is on it’s way and I’m so excited for these two to welcome their new addition into the world later this summer! We caught up over the Canada Day long weekend and were able to sneak in a quick maternity session down by the water on Shuswap Lake during sunset.

San Francisco – oh, how you stole my heart. I’ve always wanted to visit this city – the Golden Gate Bridge was one of many destinations on my bucket list, but I never could’ve imagined how pleasantly surprised I would be by the beauty this city has to offer. The artistic community found within San Francisco shines through in every corner of the city. The architecture of the buildings, the people milling about, art galleries abound and even street signs & store fronts are uniquely picturesque in their own right. I fell in love with the atmosphere found here – the energy & creativity buzzing in the streets could be felt everywhere and I only wish I could have explored even more. One late evening and morning spent roaming the streets & piers were not even close to enough time to do this beautiful city justice.
